Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DOSAYGO (“WebCLI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use WebCLI, webcli.sh, our licensing service, downloads, documentation, support, and related services.

1. What WebCLI does — local-first, no browser telemetry

WebCLI is local-first downloadable software. By default, WebCLI runs on your machine and operates your browser from your shell.

At launch, WebCLI does not send DOSAYGO your browser contents, visited URLs, cookies, credentials, screenshots, transcripts, prompts, model outputs, or workflow data. WebCLI contacts DOSAYGO only for license activation and validation, billing, support, and abuse prevention.

WebCLI does not use your browser activity for model training, analytics, advertising, or data sale.

2. Information we collect

3. Trial and licensing checks

WebCLI may contact our licensing service to start, validate, renew, or deactivate trials and licenses. We may use your email domain to determine whether you are eligible for a free work-email trial, a paid trial pass, or an organization-limited trial.

4. Local transcripts and secrets

WebCLI is designed to produce redacted transcripts. Redaction is a safety feature, not a guarantee that no sensitive information can ever appear in logs. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts, screenshots, diagnostics, and support materials before sharing them.

5. How we use information

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate WebCLI, such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics, licensing infrastructure, email providers, and support tools. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

7. Third-party services

WebCLI may help you interact with third-party websites such as GitHub, Stripe, Cloudflare, or other services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WebCLI does not control those services.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You should not send us secrets, tokens, passwords, or private keys unless explicitly requested through a secure support process.

9. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Local data stored by WebCLI on your machine is controlled by you.

10. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.

11. Children

WebCLI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
