Terms of Service

Last updated: May 26 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WebCLI, webcli.sh, downloads, documentation, licensing services, trials, support, and related services provided by DOSAYGO (“WebCLI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, activating, purchasing, or using WebCLI, you agree to these Terms, the WebCLI End User License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you use WebCLI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Product

WebCLI is a local-first browser workbench for coding agents and shell-based automation. WebCLI may be used to operate browsers, inspect page state, perform browser actions, pause for human handoff, connect to remote browser surfaces, and produce transcripts.

3. Trials

WebCLI may offer a full-feature trial. Unless otherwise stated, the trial lasts for 5 calendar days. Free work-email trials are limited to verified non-free email domains and up to 3 free trials per organization domain. Users with free email providers, disposable email providers, or domains that have exhausted their organization trial allocation may be required to purchase a paid trial pass.

When a trial ends or a license becomes invalid, browser commands stop until a valid paid license is activated. Trial availability, limits, and eligibility may change at any time to prevent abuse or reflect product changes.

4. Accounts, email, and organization domains

You agree to provide accurate registration, billing, and activation information. We may use email-domain classification, organization-domain normalization, verification emails, payment signals, and abuse-prevention checks to determine trial eligibility.

5. Payments and renewals

Paid plans, trial passes, subscriptions, renewals, and platform agreements are billed as stated at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. You are responsible for taxes, payment-provider fees, and keeping billing information current.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use WebCLI to:

7. Third-party services

WebCLI can operate browsers on third-party websites and services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WebCLI complies with third-party terms, laws, permissions, and security requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Secrets and sensitive workflows

WebCLI is designed to support redacted transcripts and human handoff. You remain responsible for deciding when a workflow requires human approval, for protecting secrets, and for reviewing actions performed by agents or scripts using WebCLI.

9. Beta features and changes

Some features may be experimental, beta, or subject to change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, trials, pricing, or integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption for paid customers.

10. Intellectual property

WebCLI, BrowserBox integrations, documentation, branding, website content, and related software are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or the EULA.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WebCLI licensing services, trials, downloads, support, or remote services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, abuse trials, create security risk, or use WebCLI unlawfully.

12. Disclaimers

WebCLI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, security incidents caused by your use, or third-party service failures. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for WebCLI in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
